Presented by the Kadampa Meditation Center New Mexico, CCA invites you to this weekly mindful session in our gallery spaces. “It seems that everyone at one time or another experiences feelings of dissatisfaction or discontent. We may look for ways to improve our external conditions, such as changing our job, our home, or our relationships, but these solutions are temporary at best.
Through contemplating Buddha’s teachings, we can overcome discontentment and learn to appreciate the life we have. We will come to understand the value of our human life and learn to use each moment in a meaningful way.
In this weekly meditation series, learn to find meaning in every moment. Through meditating on Buddha’s teachings you will learn to find real contentment by developing deep inner peace.”
