Amplified: Sisters with Transistors (with Luna Galassini Live)
April 27. CCA’s Amplified series presents a special live performance from sound artist, Luna Galassini, in conjunction with a screening of the recent documentary, Sisters with Transistors, which focuses on women’s contribution to the history of electronic music. For the performance, Galassini will be performing with an array of her own hand-built instruments which include analog tone generators that respond to light and motion, and more.
