Marisol A. Navas Sacasa a lifelong advocate for the arts, has served for the past ten years on the Board of the International Folk Art Alliance, a Santa Fe non-profit dedicated to the celebration and preservation of worldwide folk art and the expansion of economic opportunities for the artists involved in these traditions. As a member of this Board, Marisol had positions as a Board Director, Executive Committee member at large, Board Secretary and Advisory Board member. A Puerto Rico native, she moved to Santa Fe from Boston in 2005. She received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from The College of New Rochelle and a Masters in Business Administration from New York University.
